2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you'd like a refund or exchange.

3. We'll send a return shipping label and instructions.

4. Ship the item back to us within 30 days.

 

Refunds

 

- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

- Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

 

Exchanges

 

- Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color.

- You'll need to place a new order for the desired item.

 

Exceptions

 

- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

 

Warranty

 

- We offer a 1-year warranty on defective items.
